Constantly waiting on hold!

I attempted to withdraw money from an FNB ATM as the Standard Bank ATM was out of order, after waiting an unusually long time for my money to be dispensed, the machine went out of order and returned my card but did not give me the funds I had tried to withdraw. I then tried to do the same from an ABSA ATM and the transaction was cancelled. I checked my account balance on my cellphone and saw that the money I had tried to draw from the FNB ATM was not there. I called Standard Banks call centre and told the lady who answered what had happened. She said I need not worry, it was a technical error and the money will automatically be returned to my account after 24 hours. I then checked my account 24 hours later and the funds were still not returned. I called the call centre again and waited 28 minutes with no luck, my airtime ran out before I could get through, I tried again that evening and again no answer. The following day I then checked account balance again and nothing, so I called the call centre again. All in all I have spent over R100 in airtime trying to get hold of someone at the call centre and not getting through and still have not sorted out my problem.
