I took out an FNB loan and while I had this loan I was in an accident. I advised the agent at the branch of this and she advised that she will take care of this and ensure that I will have time to pay it off once healed, this did not happen. FNB then sent the loan to Maharaj Attorneys and through them I settled the loan. I sent them proof of payment and they said everyhting was settlled. Two months ago I got a phone call from Debt-in they said I did not settle my FNB loan, I sent them proof, email and fax and their agent Mbali said I must call Maharaj Attorneys. I did and they said that I had settled the loan. I called Mbali and told her what they said and she sad that she will call FNB and resolve it. To this day I am receiving calls telling me that I owe them money and that I will be blacklisted but I settled my loan. Please help because this is really frustrating. Why am I being led on?
