Unable to withdraw or pay

I opened my account in Feb. I made a small deposit made into this account, i went to withdraw and i got insufficient funds error, i thought i had pad money into wrong account, i then transfered money to a AccessSave, turns out you can only withdraw after giving 7 days notice. On the 25th, my salary was deposited into this account, 1st i didn't get a nnotification (t&c says you'll automatically be updated for updates). 2nd i went to withdraw money and again i got insufficient funds error, i called the call centre was told it techinical error on their size. 3 hours later i went fill up, my card was declined. I went to an atm, again i got insufficient funds error. I logged in to tranfer R580, got a message that my EA whatever is R0.00 and i have to go to bank. Question. How does one go about access money from this Access Account? I refuse to accept charges that will come from these transaction... NO SERVICE WAS OFFFERED. I regret moving to this bank. Utterly disappointed.
