R90 HonFee - Plenty of money left in my account

Last week I went to dinner for a friends birthday and had plenty of money left in my account to pay for the meal. My bank statement, that I had checked immediately before going in to the restaurant, also reflected this, as well as the last SMS that came through of my current balance.

When i paid for the meal, i got no SMS notification. 2 days later, the money that i paid for the meal had still not come off my account. Please note, I have NEVER had this problem with any other bank, where the money still doesn't come off 2 days later!!

After my new salary was paid in to my account, i was them immediately debited with a R90 "HonFee" from you, because the money that was SUPPOSED to come off my account when i still HAD money in it, according to your statement, didn't come off.

This is completely dishonorable on your part, and I am requesting that I am immediately reimbursed with the R90 or I will be moving my account elsewhere, where the least I can get is an accurate balance and not charged exorbitant fees for incompetency on the bank's behalf.
