Approx a week ago i was offered a personal loan at the atm. i took this offer and as far as i read and understood the terms and conditions, the loan was payable back within 30 days. on the 18th a few days later money was transferred into my acc and this whole amount was immediately debited against the loan repayment. this money was not my salary and is money that i have to use for the week until i get paid my monthly salary. how can fnb just take any money from my acc within a matter of days... who gave you authorisation. i am extremely angry and want this transaction immediately reversed. i have referred so many people to fnb as one of the better banks and now you do this. i feel like closing my account and going right back to nedbank. i want this sorted out by someone senior immediately. i am livid.
