I just checked my account.and it has been debited twice by mfc. They called me to say that my account is in arrears on 3 occasions and when they check it is always that it is paid. Now this morning when i check my account has been debited twice. this leaves me in a situation where i do not have any money for childrens uniforms never mind to put food on the table for my family. I have asked nedbank / mfc to send me a statement and when i call the call centre i am told that my call is being forwarded to someone named Shaun/Sean. then the call always gets cut. on the statement it says that it is nedbank agreement. I have never made an agreement regarding this. i would like this money to be reversed. if it is that my account is overdue. i would like to know when this occured and a statement of when this happened as when i have checked my account has always been debited. if this is the case all accounts which i have which is affiliated to Nedbank will be moved including my house, accounts please can someone tell me what is going on.
