I went to steers on friday and swiped my card for R129.80, my available balance was R1695.84. Saturday I withdrew R1600 and was left with R95, I withdrew R90 monday. Nedbank decided now would be a good time to actually charge me for the 3 day old R129.80 transaction right after my balance was 0 and after that had the audacity to charge me a R90 penalty because I didn't have money on my account. My complaint is I did have money on my account, why didn't you charge me then or at least withhold the money like you always do after I swiped at Pick N Pay so that I couldn't use it (difference between balance and available balance). I don't care about the R90 I'm just so angry at the level of incompetence of your call centre and dishonesty on your part. As soon as my salary is deposited to nedbank I will immediately do an EFT and move it to my Capitec account. This is wrong!
