False advertising, they don’t bent over backwards!

I phoned on a Friday for a burst geyser, they told me "it's after-hours, I should phone back the next day". Saturday at 8, I phoned back and they said "it's a public holiday, they don't have a plumber available and they can't help me, I should wait till Monday to fix the geyser"
I asked them if I can use another plumber and what I need to do, for him to continue and for me to claim it back.
They said, "it's fine and I only have to keep the geyser, for them to inspect".
They rejected the claim, because the geyser was still under warrantee, but Franke's said "they couldn't honour the warrantee", because of an installation issue.
Now, whatever I try, Outsurance just ignore me.
