Paying the price of closing the account

I closed my credit card account on the 16th of October 2012 at FNB THE GLEN, everything was done i signed the form and my card was cutted into pieces by the consultant he even phoned the credit card division. on the account there was R140 extra that was supposed to be paid back to me and i gave out my banking details. to my suprise the account wasn't closed bcoz i started recieving letters and sms's that i owe the bank. i went back 2day and was told my account has bin handed over to card collections the explanation i got was that they didn't close it bcoz the banking details were incorrect which is . i wuld understand if they said we didn't pay the R140 bcoz the banking details were incorrect. PLEASE just pay my money back as far as am concerned i dont have a credit accont with FNB the account was closed on Oct last year. if thats the way you deal with customers leaving you go ahead hand it over to your lawyers and Blacklist me if it makes you happy i dont give a . remember i dont owe you anything you owe me.
