I closed my account with ABSA on the 3 May2013 but I still get credit card statements, the courier services phoned to deliver a card, I told them that my account is closed. I called the Credit Card Division telling them it is closed. I confirmed at the Brackenfell branch that my profile is closed, account deleted.

Guess what, today I received a letter in the mail advising that "Your ABSA credit card has been reissued" They are either too stupid or thick skinned to realize that due to this type of service is the reason that they are loosing customers.

Wake up, my account is closed... or can I spend everything and not have to pay it back as my account is closed...
