I applied for the Customer Assist (Consolidation) on the 1st March 2013 and still waiting for them to let me know if they can help or not...
They specified it takes 15 days for the application but I have been waiting since... Apparently my application is with the manager as he's the one to approve/decline...
I wish they could just tell me if it's approved/decline... 15 days became 2 months and maybe more.
