Standard banks poor service

So disgusted in standard bank for all the stress I've been put through this past 2 months as I am still waiting for assistance. I placed a report last week but with their "don't care attitude" I am still waiting to hear from someone to assist. I contacted customer assist in august and sent through my application forms and did everything I was told to, I then called to find out if they received it they advised yes and the application will be submitted after not hearing anything in a months time I contacted them and I was advised that it was withdrawn due to no bankstatements being attached .unfortunatley It stated only if you DON'T bank with std bank and I do not have phsycic powers to have known that they are too lazy to get it from their systems .however if I was contacted in time I would have sent it long ago if I knew they were just going to throw my application out without letting me know .they advised application takes 15 days to be processed when I was told to resubmit the docs it was said that I will have to now wait 2 months longer as they have a back log .is this how std bank operates? they offer a service but don't really want to deliver?
