On Tuesday 2013/04/23 09:57 AM I applied for a Consolidation Loan via email and attached all my documentation as requested.
Up till this very day 51 DAYS AFTER MY APPLICATION, I have not received any feedback nor an attempt from Standard Bank notifying me about the progress of my application.
I have been phoning in every single day since the beginning of May, and all they can tell me is: "Your application has been allocated to a Manager on the 27th of May who will contact you as soon as she/ he has an Outcome for you." I also sent numerous emails to the loan department, but no feedback.
Today, 14 working days after my application has been in the "Manager's hands" for evaluation, no feedback whatsover.
I am really dissapointed in Standard Bank's customer service in this matter. I truly hope that my voice will be heard and that standard bank will be contacting me within the next few days.
