I have applied for standard bank customer Assist, that was in August, I then got the feedback for the app on the 4 Dec, firstly I was really dissapointed that it took so long for them to come back to me, and that the app was declined coz my expenses were only living me with r500.00 to spend. I have asked them if what was the purpose of asking for consolidation if they would decline an application based on the debts that I want them to consolidate, the was absolutely no satisfiying answer.
