Unfair decline

I am totally dissatisfied with the outcome of my application from Standard bank. I am more disappointed that they declined my second application after i have resubmitted the expenses sheet along with the motivational letter as per the advice from themselves when they provided me with the reasons for the first decline. I am failing to see how the bank can conclude that i will not be able to afford the repayments after they have helped me consolidate my debt most of which with them. In essence i will only have their repayment to commit to as all my other debt would have been consolidated.

I am inclined to believe that my application was declined based on the fact that i have twice complaint about the service that i was receiving for both my initial application&resubmission for reconsideration of my application.

I feel that it is totally unfair for Standard Bank to decline my application, they were happy to provide credit and now that i have gone back to them to request assistance in financial restructuring through their very own program which they have especially implemented for financially distressed clients who meet the criteria for Credit Customer Assist.
