Awaiting Urgent Response Please

Dear Standard Bank Customer Assist,

I originally sent through all my documents on the 30th of January 2013. It was confirmed that
all my documents had been received and my application was going through for processing on the
30th January 2013 It was also stated in the receipt of mail from Standard Bank, someone would contact me within 48hours and to date i am still waiting. I phoned Customer Assist and was held on for approximately 30 minutes from my mobile, when someone finally answered and confirmed that I would have a final answer by the 19th February 2013 I have not received any contact from anyone in this regard. The turn around time from Standard Bank was 10 - 15 days its almost
20days that i have been waiting

This is not a complaint, I would just like someone to kindly provide me with feedback regarding
my application for a consolidation loan

Please can someone please assist, its costing me a fortune to drive back and fourth to the bank and calling Customer Assist from my mobile to get a final answer
