Its been almost I applied for a consolidation of debts, the turnaround is 15 days. I am aware of the high volume of application but its over two months now. Whenever you make a follow up they tell you that they are experiencing a high volume of application and cannot give me a feedback. Now this week the application is with the manager, they can not say exactly how long this is going to take. They should be honest with the customers because there is a reason for applying for consolidation of debts. What if my application is declined??? then I have to start all over again to apply somewhere else.
