Good day Standard bank,
3 months ago my husband and I applied jointly for a consolidation loan through credit assist. After 2 months waiting we were informed that our application was rejected due my husbands permit expiring in 2 years time. I was informed that I could apply for my own application and was advised by Aubrey Tshule to send my application to him so he could forward it to credit assist, which I did, I sent in a new application form with updated documents.
Its now a month later and I got an sms saying that my documents are not received. Your call centre is pathetic and calls are never answered and when you speak to a consultant they answer questions like robots with no thinking capacity apart from their pre-screened responses. When one applies for loan consolidation its clear they do not have the money to spend holding hours on end for a call centre. When I went to my branch at Festival Mall, I was informed, after waiting 3 hours in line to simply contact credit assist and they cant help.
Please investigate my query, i can resend my documents but i am not waiting 2 months for your reply, ive been assessed already and need feedback by COB this week.
