I recently had an accident where I was knocked by a truck. After reporting it I was put through to the claims department where I was assisted by Mrs Feroza Wassung. She was very helpful in assisting me with the claim details as well as adcive with reguard to third party matters. She also went above and beyond her call of duty when she assisted me in quering my excess, and my excess was brought down by more than half the orignal amount payable.
