I had an accident and I had been paid out but Outsurance had to withhold my excess.
I thought in my heart of hearts that i would never see that money again as Outsurance would needed to have claimed the money from an owner of a combi taxi that knocked me and wrote off my car - it was an old car so the payout value of my vehicle was very low. So getting my excess was a necessity.
I had called once to find out how it was going and there had been no progress. then about 3/4 weeks later I received a call from Outsurance a consultant that had been assisting me Mohlago Makwela, she had great news that they were able to get their money back with the excess amount owed to me. She was very helpful and friendly, i am so grateful for the manner i was assisted with my accident. My paid out amount was received in 3 working days and my excess was received in 2 working days from the call. i am pleasantly surprised for the service, feedback and timeous response to the whole incident.
