Following an insurance claim for a vehicle accident, Noveshree assisted us with the Third Party Claim to recover our excess from the other party. We had a similar experience years ago with another insurance company who said they attempted to recover the excess since the other party was at fault but we never heard anything from them again & there was certainly never any recovery of funds. What a wonderful surprise it was when I got the call today to let me know that the excess has been successfully recovered & the refund has already been processed!! All done within 6 months!
