Efusal to remove my name from the credit bureau

I was handed over to this company and paid off my debt for a loan which my ex wife did not pay. Now after 4 years, my name is still blacklisted on the credit bureau by gerhard van der merwe attorneys. This is illegal.when i phoned i was told to pay R950.00 into the company, s nedbank account before my name is removed.this is not legal.
