Preventative measures not to default on my account

After sending a letter to ABSA and NEDBANK to assist my financing facilities, I received a call from Nedbank saying that they will assist with splitting the next 2 payments over the remainder of the facility - This was for a vehicle which value is over R750, 000 which is seven months old. I presumed ABSA would do the same, but alas, no luck - This call centre agent gave me a call and said it could not be done. apparently the "supervisor" is going to call me, but guess what, the supervisor would not have the authority to do this, it has to go through the credit committee again, as it was done with Nedbank.

I've paid this account without any issues over the last 7 years, but now that I'm in a cash flow crisis they come knocking on my door, even though I did some preventative footwork - to no avail!!! - I have 24 months left on this contract and they are not even considering the fact that some months I paid more than I should have. So much for trying to be loyal. I think there personnel is ill-informed, just there to earn a salary and nothing more. I cannot believe that One bank can do it, and the other just turns a blind eyeABSA - If you feel that you can assist, please call me!!!
