Non payment of accident excess amount by Insurance

I reported an accident that happened on 28 January 2013, to IWYZE and they administered the claim from the third party. Claim number 162349791 // i2522L. I then paid the excess amount at the panel beaters when the car was repaired. They said they will recover that excess from the third party and then refund me. I have been waiting for this amount since May. So many processes and promises, but no payment to this day. Please help.
