DEBIT ORDER DATES NOT CHANGED

Hi,

I have been changing my debit order payment for my loan from the 25th to the 1st since Feb. I always get debited on the 25th and then the debit returns because of insufficient funds. Today, the 24th Apr I got an sms informing me of the debit tomorrow so I am paying again the service fee. This is actually unacceptable. I am the one who has to unfortunately pay the reversal of debit order fee. Whenever I call ABSA, the consultants tell me that the debit order date has changed. I cant even get an overdraft because the consultant said its because of debit orders that have been bouncing. Its unfortunate that I am being punished for some thing that I always follow up on and because no one at ABSA is prepared to assist me, I am being penalised and forking the service fee. I am actually at the verge of switching to another bank where they will effect my debit order dates correctly.
