NO ONE in the entire Absa can assist me

After complaint EC: B4E7FF84 regarding Absa being unable to assist me in changing my debit order details I was contacted by a staff member from Absa Southdale, my new debit order details were taken down and I was assured that the debit order was now sorted out and that all was in order.

The debit order date came and went and no debit order went through, I went in a branch AGAIN to see what was going on. Benmore staff member Tsholofetso Magodiela took my business card, a copy of my bank statement and all my details and promised to contact me before the end of the business day to let me know what was going on, 2 days later I have still heard nothing. I lhave odged another complaint to Absa.

Absa loans have been hounding me saying that my account is in arrears but they also can't help me in getting the debit order details changed. I have been trying for over 2 months now to get this resolved, I have called, I have emailed, I been to various branches, I have laid complaints, WHAT MORE DOES ABSA WANT ME TO DO ASIDE FROM LOAD THE DEBIT ORDER ON THEIR SYSTEMS MYSELF!!

I AM TAKING THIS TO THE OMBUDMANS NOW, ENOUGH OF THIS ILL TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS
