Cellphone banking- bad service

I am very disappointed in the service of Absa's call center.

I am having difficulty in accesses my account, as it gives me an error! and says that I don't have access to this account. I need to make an urgent payment.

This results in me phoning the call centre for assistance but end up on hold for more than 10minutes! as a self employed designer of a small business, this is way too much time to waste. Surely a big corporation as ABSA BANK can employ more personnel for such a high demand time frame. & they encourage us to call after trading hours as they market it as a 'convenience'. It is not a convenient time, my payment needs to be done before end of trading hours.
