On the 7th of January i went to absa clearwater to change my debit order date from the 25th of each month to the 10th as i have changed employers and will only be paid on the 10th. The consultant confirmed that the request was sent and that my next debit order will go off on the 10th of February. Absa debited my account today for the personal loan!!! It is not the 10th of Feb yet!!! I gave absa more than enough time to change the debit order date!!! why did they debit today?? I want my money back in my account today!!! why is it that there is so many issues with this branch?? this is not my firts complaint on hello peter about the same issue, why is it that they just cant get it right??? Why are there consultants in the branch if they are not doing their jobs? i want confirmation today that the debit order was changed!!! If the money is not in my account today i will go to the ombutsman!!! Ill never go to this branch again to do anything, they just can not be trusted to do what they are paid to do.
