We wanted to open up a business account as well as update details of the other already existing business account and we were told that the branch doesnt open or offer any services on business accounts on saturdays and this was an instruction from the branch manager. I found this to be very annoying as the only time we have to go to the bank is on saturday and to be told that we cant be helped.
