I have been trying to open a business banking account with FNB online and this has proved to be the most appalling service from FNB. Firstly, call centre agents such as Lucky Shilowa, Karlene, Nicole, Khumbuso were in most cases unhelpful. The online application process is tedious, long and very inconvenient. In fact, the branch service is far much better.

I decided to go to the Fnb Branch in Brooklyn, to open the account. However, due to the fact that the account was already existing though inactive, the Branch requested the Online Business banking to transfer the account so that all the signatories could sign. However, this was never done and we continue to experience challenges with the activation of our account. FNB did not help us even though their slogan is " how can we help"
