Pathetic Service

About 6 weeks ago I received an email from FNB advisinf me on ways to save costs on my business account. I then called my branch and requested that the customer relations manager for business accounts call me to discuss this matter. The manager came to see me about 4 days later and said that she was going on leave but that the person who opened my business account would call on me. Subsequent to this, I have NOT heard from FNB! I had asked on 4/5 occassions from other FNB staff members to get someone to call me, including the branch manager and I am still waiting.

The business that I own is in a shopping mall directly opposite the FNB branch in question so I am very confused and concerned about the complete lack of service. So much for " HOW CAN WE HELP YOU", unless of course you are looking to open a bank account with FNB!!!
