Please open my business account

I wish to open a Nedbank business account. I went into the Business branch of Nedbank Carlswald on New Road ten days ago, handed in all of my Rica documents and signed all of the applicable forms for Margaret. After a week, I called Margaret to find out what was taking so long and she said they were busy with the Rica formalities. How can it possibly take ten days to open an account? I can walk into any other bank and have an account in thirty minutes! Please open my account - I need to start doing business
