I have open a business account with FNB - what a bad expersience so far. To register for internet banking an absolute nightmare Opened the account on the 18th today is the 2nd August. Can not register as internet user.
Tried cellphone banking - not working. Tried to register to pay beneficiaries via ATM - not working. Ask the branch to pay beneficary (also at FNB) - not working. How do FNB expect small businesses to do business if their systems are not working - HOW CAN WE HELP - YOU CAN'T. Closing the account on Monday.
