Be glad I calmed down!!!

How can you help me? Well you can start by closing my new business account I opened last week as well as pay me back my R100 activation fee. I opened the account last week at the Centurion Branch and told Olivia I would be back next week with my Business plan to apply for a Business loan. Got back at the branch yesterday afternoon and got told of the 2 business bankers, none are at work, so no one can help me!!!??? Got at the bank 8 o clock, waiting till 9 because, well guess what, YOU ONLY OPEN AT 9. Great!!! so I wait. 9 o clock get in the bank, Guess what, yes you are right, still no Business banker to help me. Call over the branch manager to ask her how come there is no replacement, IF THE ONE IS ONE LEAVE, AND THE OTHER ONES RELATIVE PAST AWAY??? Guess what, NOT MY PROBLEM!!! The best is the branch Manager tells it to me as if I should have understanding. Guess what, I am trying to open a business, I don't have time to understand your problems. Time is of the essence here people, I CANNOT WAIT TILL THEY GET BACK FROM LEAVE. I went to Mall @ Reds, and the Business banker there told me I have to apply at Centurion? When? When they decide to get back from Leave? No thanks!
