Do not open a business account with FNB

We wanted to update our business account and we asked FNB Hyde Park, Alex and Protea Glen branches if it were possible for us to go to any FNB branches to update our account and all four branches said yes we can. And told us what we should have. I then took a day off to go to the Southgate branch to update our account details. The supervisor at FNB southgate did not want to listen to us thus he did not want to understand the i am the direct and own 50% shares. He said "they cannot help because we need to go to were we opened our account" we explain what the other FNB branches told us but he even refused to call those branches. He then spoke to the manager and the manager said yes it is possible for them to do that but the supervisor refused to help us.we waited for more than two hours waiting for him to help.i went to him and told him to make copies of my ID so that he can proceed he made them and said he doesnt see the point because his not going to help us. he called our branch and they told him i am the co owner and that he must help us.he the took my ID copie and left without saying anything. More than two hours we asked for the manager and she was laughing we left.no service nothing
