I queried my policy on one of my vechiles that was insured as I felt that the premium was too high.

I was contemplaiting changing insurance companies but because Brent had such a wonderful personality and thorough understanding on insurance, I was so impressed with his attitude towards the company and what it could deliver, that I changed my mind about changing companies. What was evern more rewarding is that by adding on the household items, my total insurance came down more! that is what I call value for money and unbelievable customer service from Brent.
he also called the dealer where we are getting our second car from and sent them thru the confirmation of insurance which saved me time and effort. Brent will from now on be my first point of contact whenever I have a question. He really is just a valuable person to have in the organisation and his product knowlede is great!
