A month ago before I left, i opened up a bank account with FNB
1st, FNB promised to switch all my Debit orders, Not all of them were changed and fair enough, I was informed about some . I lost my cell phone together with my wallet . Now, luckily, My FNB card was at home, however I dont have the Pin .
Now, I call the contact centre, so That i can change my Cell number and my Cell number to the UK Number aand i was told, They cannot help me if i do not have the pin code . Are you serious?
You only have two ways of verifying an individual??? what happened to asking for residential adress or cell number of last transaction on your account . I am overseas, i cannot come to the branch ...what now?
I need my bank statement, so that i can see which debits went thru or not!
