I have asked for a detailed statement since contract inception to be sent as I need to see how I have been conducting my account and be able to reconcile it and pay it off, have sent three emails requesting same to no joy. Why can't this simple request be honoured? Unless there is something to hide :) I need my detailed statement please, I need to see how much I have paid to date both in interest and instalment.
