Long because he was busy checking his statement and i thanked him and inserted the card on the machine stood please insert phone number and this was strange too me the guy then said they doing a survey at the bank and told me too follow the orders i then put in my wife's cell number then it said pls insert temporary pin number i then used 2505 and said an error has occurred and the card didn't come out the guy then approached and pressed a button and asked me for the cell number again at this moment i was feeling confused i put in the number and then my wife's proper code the guy must of seen me inserting the pin code on the ATM stood again an error has occurred and the card didn't come again so once again i was left feeling highly confused and thought that the was swallowed and left went home with this i went home my wife told me her money was deducted out of her account. we laid a complaint at the nearest fnb after 6 weeks they told me it has been rejected they told my wife she put her own pin in jeopardy by handing me her card and pin. I am her husband not a friend she was feeling and asked me to draw money for her because we had to pay the creche that morning.
