Bad attitude and just dont care for NEW customers!

I have recently taken out a 24 month contract with cell c and in the process I have changed banks, So i was told to email [Email Removed] with the change of bank details and this would be done. Well this was not the case at all. I changed these details on the first of August giving them enough time to change my bank details over and this never happened. I have now been slapped with a whole bunch of charges on my account and they are wanting to cut my account off until I make payment which is not a problem thats why I have set up a Debit order. When I called yesterday to see what the is going on I was taken on by a very rude and extremely doff person which in my eyes today this should not be happening in any call centre! CELL C you need to sort this problm out or I will return my phone and move else where!
