Detailed statement request not honoured

I resumed payments by debit order against my LOAN after period of unemployement in Feb 2012 to date. Since then the statement MMS'd every now and again by African Bank have the balance owed remaining between R20 000 and R22 000. I have used the telephone prompts to request a detailed statement to no avail. On Wednesday 24 April I spoke to consultant equesting the same to be emailed, still no show today after 24 hours I was to wait for.
What is fishy is that from the monthly instalment of R955 only R302.69 services the loan.

I want a detailed statement and clarity on R302.69 servicing the loan.
