I requested detailed statement on the 16 September until today i have not received. I called again on 01 October to follow up on my request, i spoke to Thato Luka who said there is not such request noted on the system this is despite the ref nr: 1014119580 which Dapheny gave me on the 16th September. She then took her sweet time and sent another request for the statement of which she said will be sent to me in less than 24hrs.

Now since i have been with MTN SP since 2006 i have never experienced such bad service. Its appalling to say the least. As a client here i believe i have a right to know what i'm paying for hence i requested the statement and if the company is not in a position to furnish it to me that constitute to day light and unethical business practice.
