I'm struggling more than a year now, to get a detailed statement as a dept review customer from Lewis stores.after numerous phone calls, they said to me that I need to get it through my dept counsellor! they also said that they also can't get a detailed statement from Lewis stores! according to me it is my right as a customer to get a statement on request (consumer protection act) I will never do any business again with Lewis stores! when will my account be fully paid up if they can't give me a detailed statement? I'm very disappointed!
