This is not the first time i have posted about ABSA services.
I have sent through their website an email about my banking charges on Friday.
I got the automatic response message and then another message yesterday morning which was sent from client services to pricing dept to assist and i have not received any feedback regaring my query.
Since Friday its been 4 working days ( incl Saturday ).
Really bad response time, im really considering changing banks now.
