Incompetent Agents Standard Bank use

When I asked for a detailed statement they send me an sms with only the amount. When I asked to be sent
an e-mail with the statement before I can make arrangements the send nothing. The company called me today
3 times. Every time someone else. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they are always in a meeting.
When I ask if this call is recorded they say Yes. then I ask them to send me a detailed statement and I give
my e-mail address. Still I did not receive any E-mail nor Reference when they send this un-useful sms.
Standard Bank why do you use such an incompetent company DMC!?
Remember it is my right to ask for a detailed statement! DMC nor Standard Bank can provide!
