FNB doing something right!

I opened a business account with Standard Bank in 2012. I was advised by a Financial Consultant that was assisting us that they would be the best bank as he knows a Consultant that is excellent. I then decided to open a cheque as well as credit card with Standard Bank, I do regret this decision. Lucky for me I kept my FNB account. Subsequently I went into the branch with ID and wanted to cancel all my account with Standard Bank. Managed to cancel my cheque card but the fully paid up credit card still active and I now have to wait between 24 - 72 hours for someone to call me. Why do I say that FNB is doing something right? Let's look at the stats, please keep in mind that not all of the records on HelloPeter are complaints but at least it will give you an indication of the bank you dealing with: FNB - 135, ABSA - 5, 979 and Standard Bank 7, 198. Eish!
