December 2012 i paid the outstanding balance in full on my Amex card . 11 January 2013 i received an sms stating that they had not received payment for Jan. I then paid a further R928.00 and because i was a bit upset i asked them to close my account. I was then contacted by Devon who advised me to actually keep my account and he will reverse the payment of R928 and pay it back into my Nedbank cheque account, because the amount was more than R500.00 he needed authorisation from a superior'. Today I was told my Amex card was ready and active but they could not pay me back my R928
