Good day

I have a vehicle finance with wesbank... all I want to find out is my outstanding balance... but when I try to call 0214019500 there is a self service menu... wen I finally get thru to a call agent they keep cutting me off... its soo very annoying... I have tried like 4 times... I called the johanesburg wesbank branch... they have given me the cape town number above... but to no luck whatsoever... can somebody please help me? get thru to these people... cos its wasting my calls and my phone bill goes up for nothing trying to get thru to no1!!!
