I tried to use a Standard Bank ATM but could not and ATM would not return my card. When I eventually got hold of Standard Bank to cancel card it had already been used to empty my accounts.
I opened a case with Standard Bank and keep getting told they are investigating and will contact me which they never do. I was told they will call in 15 minutes and then by close of business but they never do.
I am going today to cancel both my accounts at Standard Bank as not only have my accounts been emptied but now I feel like a piece of because of the way Standard Bank has handled this whole matter.
Take your baking to another bank as Standard Bank really does not care for its customers
