9 Months, and still no company petrol/credit card!

My business account is at Absa, but my Private banking, home loans and car finance is all at Standard bank. Therefore I decided to move my business account to Standard bank, to have everything under one roof. The business account was opened last year at Standard Bank, (but Absa account is still open/active). I did receive my debit card, but are STILL WAITING for my credit/petrol card. I just returned from PE, and next week I fly to JHB, but it is a struggle to pay for my flight tickets and rent a car without n credit card. I have been sending emails every second week for the last 9 months, went to the branch a few times, but it seems Standard Bank is not willing to help me. Two weeks ago I went to the branch again and insisted to speak to the branch manager, Mische Smith. She was furious when I told her everything, said it was unacceptable, and assured me the problem will get immediate attention. Send her an email last week to follow up, but she did not reply. Yesterday I went back, to hear she resigned. My business annual turnover is 7 million, and I get invited by Standard bank to attend breakfast mornings to invest money in portfolios, but STILL NO COMPANY CREDIT/PETROL CARD!!!
